WHOLESALE

STRAW RENTALS
Need some straw bales for an event but don't want to keep them once it's over? We can deliver your straw and pick it up when you're done.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase
1. Receipt Required:
- To process a return or refund, the original receipt must be provided.
- In the absence of the original receipt, we may attempt to look up your previous orders using your name or credit card information.
2. Order Lookup:
- If we can successfully locate your purchase in our system through your name or credit card, we will proceed with the return or refund.
- If we are unable to locate the purchase and customer cannot provide the original receipt, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund.
3. Conditions for Return:
- All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
4. Exceptions:
- Discount items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective items can be returned even if package is opened and product is used.
